The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new tenants for our logistics properties, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.




This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our company.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for our logistics propertiesIdentify potential tenants through market research, networking, and cold callingConduct property tours and presentations to showcase our facilitiesNegotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenantsPrepare and present lease proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentsMaintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high customer satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless operationsStay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategiesPrepare regular reports on leasing performance and provide recommendations for improvementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in the logistics real estate sectorProven track record of successful lease negotiations and tenant acquisitionExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareAt JINGDONG Property, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
