Mattel in Mexico City is seeking a Director of Logistics – LATAM to lead regional strategy across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru, overseeing ocean freight, customs, warehousing and distribution to ensure operational excellence and cost efficiency.
You will partner with commercial, procurement, finance, customer service and 3PLs, drive KPIs, and lead digital transformation of ERP, TMS and WMS.
A senior cross-border leader with LATAM expertise is essential.
