We are looking for a
Seasoned Technical Product Owner (10+ years)
to lead the roadmap and continuous improvement of our healthcare contact center platform. In this role, you will bridge business strategy and engineering—translating complex operational needs in the Provider/Payer space into clear user stories, optimizing our Twilio Voice/IVR solutions, and driving data-informed decisions through advanced reporting and analytics.
Requirements:
Experience:
10+ years as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager in agile environments.
Domain Knowledge:
Deep experience in the
Healthcare
sector (working with Payers, Providers, or healthcare operations).
Twilio Expertise:
Hands-on experience with
Twilio Voice
, IVR systems, and
Twilio Insights
reporting.
Technical Skills:
Strong SQL skills for database querying and data validation.
Stakeholder Management:
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage senior business partners and technical teams.
