Job Details: : We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining laboratory platforms, managing inventory, performing board‑level testing and debugging, and ensuring the highest standards of quality across all testing and validation processes. This role requires a hands‑on professional with strong analytical skills and a commitment to technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Platform Development and Build Design, assemble, and configure laboratory test platforms in accordance with project specifications and technical requirements
- Set up and maintain laboratory workstations, equipment, and testing environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support the development and continuous improvement of platform infrastructure
- Document platform configurations, procedures, and technical specifications
- Inventory Management Monitor, track, and manage laboratory inventory including components, tools, equipment,



and consumables; maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records using designated tracking systems; coordinate procurement requests to ensure timely availability of required materials; conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as needed; properly label, store, and organize all laboratory assets following established protocols
- Board Functionality – Testing and Debugging Perform functional testing of electronic boards and hardware assemblies at various stages of development Identify, analyze, and debug hardware and software issues at the board level Execute systematic troubleshooting procedures to isolate root causes of failures Collaborate with design and development engineers to report findings and implement corrective actions Validate board performance against defined technical specifications and acceptance criteria
