We're looking for a Sales Operations Resolution Representative to join our Sales Operations Resolution Team (SORT), where you'll play a key role supporting sales teams across the United States and Canada, helping resolve operational issues, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to strategic business initiatives.

What you'll do

Resolve operational and customer issues related to deliveries, pickups, and service interruptions.

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to provide timely solutions.

Support strategic projects, including Network 2.0 initiatives.

Investigate root causes, develop action plans, and ensure successful resolution.

Help improve customer experience by identifying trends and recommending process improvements.





Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Sales Support, or Operations Support.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to work with multiple teams while meeting tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Advanced English (spoken and written).

High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
