Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We’re a New York-based company specializing in chimney cleaning, inspection, and maintenance services, proudly serving customers across 21 U.S. states. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.

Preferred locations: Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela

Schedule

- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
- 6 working days per week (day off is either Saturday or Sunday, depending on the week)

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional support
- Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and general service inquiries
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth experience
- Keep customer information updated in our CRM
- Communicate clearly and professionally at all times

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills — clear pronunciation and neutral accent preferred (native-level fluency not required)




- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a customer-facing role
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
- Patient, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day
- Comfortable using multiple software platforms
- Two monitors required
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Work Environment We value responsibility, communication, and long-term relationships. We stay connected via Zoom during the day, but offer flexibility with breaks as long as responsibilities are completed.

Compensation

$7–$10 USD/hour, depending on experience

Pay: $10,760.63 - $21,978.89 per month
