Our Client A Community Association Management Company that provides practical and results-driven solutions serving Georgia and South Carolina.

Activities We are looking for a CSR to be responsible for the following activities:

- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Create tickets from calls, voicemails, emails, and portal submissions
- Assist homeowners with portal access and login issues
- Route emergencies or escalations to the appropriate manager

Work Schedule Monday to Friday. Regular: 8:00 to 16:00 CST MX





Daylight saving: 7:00 to 15:00 CST MX

This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day. Benefits Competitive Salary (According to experience).
