We are currently seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy of an international luxury resort located in Cancun.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader with strong business acumen, capable of driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence within a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance
- Drive cost optimization and profitability strategies
- Partner closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to support business decisions
- Ensure alignment with corporate financial standards and policies

Idóneo Profile:





- Previous experience in a senior finance leadership role within luxury or upscale hospitality
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and hotel operations
- Proven track record in financial performance management
- Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership approach
- Advanced English proficiency required
