Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related curriculum required. 1 year equivalent combination of education and experiences sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Entry level. Data processing, planning, sched/track, or related analytical experience utilizing project management tools.

Requires proven experience with PC based software such as Project, Excel, Word, PPT. Knowledge of Access a plus.

Position Purpose

Under direct supervision, supports engineering scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities for the Engineering organization, functional groups, or design teams.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:

- Support preparation and maintenance of engineering schedules using established processes and templates.
- Gather, validate, and update engineering data from multiple sources.
- Assist with weekly and monthly schedule tracking activities.
- Prepare standard performance charts and reports for review.




- Identify data discrepancies and elevate issues to leadership.
- Follow defined procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Create schedule plans based on engineering demand, Master Schedule dates and available resources to ensure engineering deliveries meet program objectives.
- Prepare and maintain master and functional schedules within Engineering.
- Work with Engineering group to prepare and develop milestone reports.

Additional Functions

- Assist with data extraction and basic reporting activities.
- Support documentation and data organization as required.
- Automate data manipulation with macros where necessary.
- Provide support with development of miscellaneous reports and data extracts when required.
- Coordinate with customers and keep project data current. Perform other duties as assigned.
