About the Role

The Engineering Services Specialist supports Carrier Design Engineering teams across Mexico and the United States by facilitating engineering changes and maintaining product documentation within the Windchill Product Data Management (PDM) system. In this role,



you will ensure the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, specifications, and product records while enabling efficient engineering change management processes that support business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Creating and processing engineering change documentation within the Windchill PDM system.
- Updating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, specifications, and related product documentation.
- Interpreting engineering markups, technical instructions, customer requirements, and change requests to accurately implement design changes.
- Managing part creation, revision control, drawing modifications, and BOM updates throughout the product lifecycle.
- Determining implementation plans for change requests and routing tasks to appropriate stakeholders through Windchill workflows.
