Recruiter – Tijuana, Mexico Location: Tijuana, Baja California Job Type: Full-time | On-site Language: Advanced conversational or native English (required) About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Field Recruiter to join our team in Tijuana. This position will play a key role in attracting talent for electrical construction projects in the United States.

The Field

Recruiter will work on-site and collaborate closely with our Human Resources and Operations teams. This role requires travel to different projects throughout the United States, so a passport and visa are required.

Responsibilities

- Recruit primarily for specialized roles in the electrical construction industry, including journeymen, leads, superintendents, apprentices, electricians, etc.
- Post job openings, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Source candidates through various platforms and job fairs.
- Maintain consistent communication with the U.S.-based team and candidates.




- Track progress and report recruitment metrics.

Requirements

- Must reside in Tijuana, B.C.
- Advanced written and spoken English (required).
- At least 4 years of recruiting experience in the electrical construction industry;

experience recruiting for U.S.-based positions is preferred.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
- Availability to travel throughout the United States.
