We're hiring: Healthcare Operations Lead (On-site) We're looking for a Healthcare Operations Lead to manage day-to-day operations, lead a team, and build strong partnerships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, allied health). This is a full-time, on-site role in [México City].

What you'll do: Lead and develop a team (people management, performance, coaching, scheduling). Drive operational excellence (process improvement, KPIs/SLAs, quality, experience). Partner closely with HCPs on onboarding, training, feedback, and issue resolution. Collaborate cross-functionally (medical, compliance, sales, IT, finance). Ensure regulatory and data privacy compliance. Own reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for: Proven experience in healthcare operations with team leadership responsibilities. Strong track record working directly with HCPs. Bachelor's degree required.

Excellent
