- Bachillerato
- 2 años de experiencia en cobranza extrajudicial (créditos grupales)
- Manejo de computadora ( Office a nivel medio)
- Manejo de Excel
- Facilidad de negociación y palabra,negociación,manejo de objeciones
- Trabajo en equipo
- Enfoque a resultados
- Conocimiento en Administración de cartera

Funciones

- Realizar la negociación con los clientes para lograr la cobranza efectiva
- Seguimiento a convenios realizados con clientes
- Realizar reportes semanales y mensuales de sus resultados de cobranza
