Responsibilities

- Coordinate and lead Health & Safety programs across the facility.
- Supervise and support the Medical Services Team (Doctors and Nurses).
- Ensure compliance with corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Manage legal permits and regulatory requirements at federal, state, and local levels.
- Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
- Present EHS performance results and corrective actions to internal stakeholders.
- Perform risk assessments for machinery, buildings, and facilities.
- Develop and maintain Health & Safety procedures, policies, and training programs.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement in workplace safety.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Mexican Health & Safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing EHS audits, investigations, and corrective action plans.
- Root Cause Analysis methodology experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
