Ensure effective communication and change management strategies for organizational talent programs, human resource policies, and compliance activities.
Optimizing organizational effectiveness through the application of HR processes such as organizational design and strategic planning.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to People Leaders, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Identify training and leadership education needs for business units and provide individual executive coaching.*Education/Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 6 or more years of related experience is preferred.
