Import & Export Analyst ? Location: Naucalpan, State of Mexico (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote) We're looking for an Import & Export Analyst with hands-on experience coordinating international shipments, customs documentation and cross-border logistics. If you have worked closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders and international suppliers, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

- Coordinate and monitor international import and export shipments.
- Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics providers.
- Review import/export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, etc.).
- Track deliveries and ensure material availability for production.
- Support inventory control and SAP transactions.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing and Warehouse teams.




- Identify shipment risks and proactively communicate delays.

What we're looking for - 2-5 years of experience in Import/Export Operations, International Logistics or Foreign Trade.

- Experience coordinating international shipments and customs documentation.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export processes.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel.
- English: Intermediate-Advanced (B2 or above) We offer:
