About the job

We’re seeking an Influencer Agent with strong YouTube-first experience to help grow and manage a roster of creators while expanding our network of brand relationships. In this role, you’ll own creator relationships end-to-end, lead outreach and negotiations, review agreements, and consistently improve both deal volume and offer quality across all managed creators with focusing strictly on YouTube partnerships.

? Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with YouTube creators and brand partners
- Grow the roster by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential YouTube talent
- Leverage existing brand connections and proactively develop new relationships to expand partnership opportunities
- Increase the number and value of inbound and outbound offers across all managed creators
- Proactively source and pitch brand partnerships via email, LinkedIn, and video calls
- Negotiate and close brand deals for 10+ YouTube creators
- Review agreements and ensure terms align with creator goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound opportunities and client inquiries
- Keep communication clear, organized,



and efficient across all stakeholders
- Manage and execute 40+ campaigns per month with strong attention to detail and follow-through

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated experience working with YouTube creators (talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships)
- Existing brand connections and the ability to build new relationships quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a polished, client-facing presence
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills focused on long-term partnerships
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
