As a Senior Analyst, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, meet the need of tomorrow, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

- The Senior Analyst will support the sourcing, negotiation, and management of IT related contracts and vendors across the organization.
This role will focus exclusively on Hardware/Telecom/Cloud procurement, including Renewals, Enterprise Support Agreements, and e-auctions and negotiations.
**Your Impact**
As **Indirects Procurement Senior Analyst - Hardware/Telecom/Cloud**your responsibilities would consist of:
- Execute sourcing strategies for IT categories including Enterprise Support Agreement, Cloud Services, Renewals, E-auctions
- Lead RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations for Hardware purchases and renewals.
- Partner with S&T; business partners to understand requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive the sourcing process, Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work development,
Order Forms and analyze/evaluate rates to optimize supplier engagements.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance, including SLAs and KPIs.
- Support asset management and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Track contract lifecycles, renewal dates, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in sourcing platforms (e.g., Selectica, Docusign).
- Monitor market trends and pricing benchmarks to inform negotiation strategies.
- Deliver annual AOP productivity targets for the assigned area.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-5 years' work experience in Technology Procurement (with a focus on HW/Telecom/Cloud sourcing) Consulting, Finance, Transformation.
- Experience negotiating with major Hardware/Telecom/cloud vendors.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with contract law and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and tools.
- Works well with others to deliver results.

- Takes the initiative to find ways to get better results, seeks and takes advantage of ideas, best practices and solutions.
- Won't compromise values to get results.
Preferred Skills:
- Direct experience with procurement of technology, use of Enterprise software tools and SaaS renewals is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI tools and practices.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
