Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines.
- Develop and implement improvement projects, ensure safety, follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.

Other Requirements

- Advanced knowledge in critical equipment and building maintenance.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical,



pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
- Advanced knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
- Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
- Use of measuring and control systems.
- Lead improvements and projects and manage team resources.
- Data analysis driven.
- Sound judgment and creativity to make changes & negotiation skills.
- Microsoft office and CMMS maintenance system (IE. Maximo, MP2, Infor, Etc.).
- Strong adaptability and collaboration/teamwork skills.
- Strong customer service attitude.
- English spoken and written (Business level negotiation) and presentations.
- High performance expectation.
- Lead people; team for different areas.
- Data analysis, RCA,s and quality systems.
