The RoleWe are seeking an Operations Engineer to drive operational excellence initiatives, optimize manufacturing processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the plant. This role will combine engineering expertise, process improvement methodologies, and business analytics tools, including Power BI, to identify opportunities, improve performance, and enhance operational efficiency.What You'll DoAnalyze manufacturing and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports using Power BI.Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple systems to support decision-making.Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.Monitor production metrics and investigate performance gaps to implement corrective actions.Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance,
