Responsibilities - Provide operational support for day‑to‑day IT activities.

- Handle end‑user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Assist with account administration and asset management tasks.




- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures.
- Support service operations and contribute to workflow standardization and optimization.

Requirements - Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
