The IT Systems Analyst will support the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and daily operation of business systems used across the organization. The role will work closely with business users and technical teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support system improvement initiatives.

- Key Responsibilities
- Support the operation and maintenance of enterprise business systems.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from different departments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system incidents and user issues.
- Support system implementation, testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system optimization.
- Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly addressed
- Support data validation, reporting,



and process standardization initiatives

- Qualifications
- Recent graduate Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Or related fields
- Maximu m 2 years of professional experien ce in: IT Support, Business Systems, System architecture.

- Solid knowledge of SQL
