The BP desk is managing the relation with all these BP's.
We have more than 20 people working for our BP desk, they all report to the BP desk teamleaders who report to the BP desk manager.
Our Partner Support Specialists (PSS's) are located in various countries around the world and work from home or from one of our co-working spaces.What you will doThe PSS is responsible for building, maintaining and further developing the relation with some of the BP's.Your daily tasks/responsibilities at the BP desk will consist of following:BP basic set up and trainingBP open items management - make BP fully autonomousBP profile completion and surveysBP relationship and development managementBP local business developmentDaily tasks involve as well:Handling/prioritizing escalations, requests and/or urgent tasks from inside/outside the systemKeeping track of daily/weekly KPI in regard to order processing and BP account managementFollowing up with BP's via the platform,
