You will drive business growth by identifying and qualifying strategic sales opportunities.

Responsibilities and more:

Responsibilities

- Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and qualify potential sales leads.
- Research prospective clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all prospect interactions and lead statuses within the company CRM.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to transition qualified leads through the sales pipeline.




- Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach activity targets, including call volume and email engagement.
- Participate in regular sales training and team meetings to refine pitching techniques and product knowledge.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials for prospective clients.

Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Resilience and a positive attitude when handling rejection or difficult conversations.
- Proficiency with standard office software and customer relationship management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
