We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to help us to manage an important project to start operations in our plant, it ́s important to have travel availability.

Work place to be defined. Responsabilities 1. Lead KD project management, fully responsible for driving and optimizing the project development process.

- Monitor project development risks, identify potential issues in a timely manner and formulate corresponding response strategies.
- Develop project development plans and adjust dynamically based on project progress to ensure effective plan execution.
- Manage project development costs, prepare budgets based on plans, and implement full-process cost control.
- Coordinate internal collaboration within the project team, clarify team member responsibilities, and provide technical support.
- Maintain relationships with external collaboration teams such as suppliers, and ensure smooth project progress through effective communication.




- Implement project change management, exercising strict control over changes to plans, costs, and risks.
- Organize project acceptance and delivery to ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements and customer standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and analysis, summarize lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement of project management capabilities.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company and superior leaders.

Qualifications - 1.Bachelor's degree or above from full-time undergraduate universities, majors in science and engineering are preferred;

- 2.At least five years of relevant industry experience;
- 3.Familiar with KD project management processes. Candidates with strong product development, risk management and team management capabilities are preferred;
- 4.Candidates with excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills as well as team spirit are preferred;
- 5.Candidates with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation are preferred;
- 6.Proficiency in oral English or Spanish is preferred;
- 7.Able to accept overseas assignment or business trips as required by work.
