Descripción y detalle de las actividadesWe are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer engineer with Design Skills to join our innovative, continue growing company.You can be a member of our brilliant engineering team, contributing to the design of new cutting-edge products.To be successful in this position, you should have hands-on experience using Mastercam, CAD software, with strong attention to detail and a creative flair.It is also important that you have rock-solid project management skills to meet the daily demands of the role.As a CNC Programmer and Design Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of engineering tasks, including CNC Programming, Product Manufacturability, Fixture Designing, MFG Routing Creation, Designing, 3D modeling, 2D drawing creation, ENG SPEC researching, and prototyping new products, within Metal-Mechanic manufacturing environment on (Sheet metal and CNC machined parts) electronics rack enclosures.Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the other departments as Application Design Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers.
**MIAN RESPONSIBILITIES**- Create new and improve CNC Programs using Mastercam.
- Develop MFG process routing for New and Current product.
- Develop new Fixture Design to implement in the process as required.
- Generate MFG STD documents as Tools, Set up Sheets and MFG Instructions.
- Create 2D drawing from existing 3D Models.
- Create and adequate 3D Customer Models to our company Standards using CREO.




- Assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks.
- Coordinate with other engineers, management, and the prototype department.
- Improve existing products and find creative design solutions to problems- Collaborate remotely with design engineers in US and MX.
- Ensure compliance with the industry's safety standards.
- Maintain existing engineering records and designs data in ERP software.
- Converting legacy drawings and models from one software to another.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience with metal mechanical products (Sheet Metal and Machining process).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
(English)- Accurate and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and popular design software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Able to Travel to USA (Visa).
