The **Customer Service Representative**is located in the department of Protective and Marine Coatings, in **GBS Empresalia Querétaro.
**Main Responsibilities:- Complete Oracle credits, rebills and other adjustments correctly and in a timely manner- Complete Service Now credits, rebills and other adjustments correctly and in a timely manner- Manage various reports timely as requested- Remain current on procedures, training, and system upgrades- Other Import/ Export activities related.
**Qualifications**:- 1- 2 years of experience in order management experience / customer service.
