and operational performance.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.Advanced proficiency using CATIA V5 to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings for manufacturing tooling.Experience designing tooling for composite layup, sheet metal fabrication, machining, and mechanical assembly manufacturing processes.Working knowledge of GD&T;, engineering drawing interpretation, material properties, and standard hardware selection for tooling applications.Professional proficiency in written and spoken English with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and support Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) activities.Qualifications We PreferKnowledge of aerospace Tool Design Manuals and tooling design best practices.Experience supporting aerospace manufacturing or production environments.Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles and manufacturing process optimization.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.All qualified applications will be given careful consideration without regard to ethnicity, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation or identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
