Position Purpose Supervises resources and develop programs based on production capacity and material availability.Monitoring results of process and making the necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety, quality and production, supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill .
- Detect area needs .
- Lead improvement projects .
- Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.

- Advanced English.
- Experience in project development at SBU Level.
- Experience in Decision making at Program Level.
- Experience in Develop Strategies aligning Cross Functional Teams.
- Project Management.
- Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP.
