Logistic Engineer

Brembo is looking for a Logistic Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and optimization of logistics operations.
This role focuses on designing internal and external material flows and warehouse solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the plant.
The position reports directly to the Logistics Manager. About the Area The Logistics Engineering function plays a key role in optimizing material handling, transportation, and warehouse operations.
This role works cross-functionally with Technologies, Industrialization, and Operations teams to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance in logistics flows. Location
Mexico – Brembo Plant Calipers What you will be working on
Analyze internal material flows and warehouse solutions to identify optimization opportunities, including handling costs and storage space
Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement logistics improvements
Collaborate with Technologies and Industrialization teams to design and improve workstations focused on material handling, ergonomics, safety, and efficiency
Contribute to packaging design by defining logistics standards (dimensions, storage optimization,
pack sizes, racks, and containers)
Support PFMEA activities by identifying and evaluating logistics-related risks (transportation and handling)
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by estimating logistics costs during quotation phase
Gather requirements from Launch Managers and design material and product flows for new launches
Improve internal and external logistics flows in collaboration with Technologies, including loading and unloading processes Do you have?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience in logistics engineering, material flow design, or warehouse optimization
Knowledge of material handling, transportation, and storage systems
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Industrialization, Engineering)
Understanding of PFMEA and risk analysis in logistics processes
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
