IT Talent Pool
for upcoming opportunities within our organization. We're looking for technology professionals with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and agile delivery, who are interested in being considered for future roles located in
Guadalajara, Jalisco, México
.
Hybrid role: 3 days on site, 2 days home office.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following:
Software Development:
Java, .NET, Python, Front-End/Full Stack
Infrastructure & Cloud:
AWS, Azure, GCP, networking, servers, DevOps
Backup & Recovery
: Commvault, Veeam, or similar tools
ERP & Systems:
Oracle, SAP, enterprise applications
Cybersecurity:
vulnerability analysis, identity management, compliance
Data & Analytics
: SQL, Power BI, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Informatica Cloud
Technical Support & IT Operations:
Service Desk, systems administration, troubleshooting
Agile Roles:
Scrum Master, Agile Coach, sprint ceremonies facilitation, cross-functional team guidance, agile metrics tracking
IT & Project Management Tools:
Jira, ServiceNow or similar platforms

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
