Objective: Plans, organizes, directs and controls all the production activities to assure that the production of goods and/or services meet volume, quality and cost requirements within the established timeframe in an efficient manner.
- **Main Functions**:_
2. Directly responsible of the production program and for the levels of efficiency, observing the requirements established by quality as well as controlling scrap.
3. Supervises the preparation of reports on production and completion dates.
4. Supervises or Evaluates procedures designed to upgrade production methods, equipment utilization and the quality of finished goods.
5. Advises management on production problems.
6. Formulates, negotiates and manages the department ́s objectives and budgets,



as well as the strategies and action plans to achieve those objectives.
7. Validates and Authorizes Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) of the Production Function.
- **Requirements**:_
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in wood, cabinet or signage experience is required.
- Bilingual (English
- Spanish).
- Education: Engineering Degree.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
