Job Description
The Mexico Finance Director is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all Mexico's financial operations and ensuring strong governance, compliance, and performance across the organisation. This role partners closely with executive stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making, optimize financial planning, and lead transformation initiatives that support sustainable business growth.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance leader with strong experience in multinational environments,



combining strategic vision with operational excellence and a hands-on approach. They bring robust expertise in financial planning, controls, compliance, and transformation, along with the leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field is required; advanced qualifications such as CPA, MBA, or equivalent are preferred. Proven experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP), strong analytical capabilities, and professional fluency in English are essential.
