- Manage a team of around 7 to 10 engineers in a production environment.
- Perimeter: OEM and MRO industrializations for aircraft engine parts (metallic and composite parts); current production improvements and new project development.
- Participate in setting up annual and long-term industrialization roadmaps and ensure they are well understood and followed by the team.
- Establish, follow up, and ensure the robustness of project planning to meet objectives on time.
- Ensure compliance with processes and contribute to the creation of new work standards that help improve performance.
- Make sure the workload and capacity of the team remain balanced.
- Develop skills and autonomy within the team.
Job profile:
- Good understanding of OEM and MRO industrialization processes as well as APQP methodology.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Previous experience in team management is preferred.
- Proactive and goal-driven.
- Capable of challenging and supporting the team, as well as influencing stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Languages:
o Spanish: fluent o French: not mandatory; appreciated if known.
