About the Role

Documentation & Testing Prepare: Functional Design Documents (FDD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Solution Design Documents, Test Scenarios & Scripts, Training Manuals, SOPs. Support integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing activities.

Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Provide periodic project status updates and risk assessments.
- Engage with leadership teams on transformation initiatives.

Support & Continuous Improvement

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform RCA.
- Support enhancements and business process improvements.
- Recommend automation and digital transformation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

- Manufacturing (BOM, WIP, Routing, Costing)




- Inventory Management

- Planning (ASCP / Supply Planning / Demand Planning)
- Logistics & Distribution

- ERP Expertise (Any One Preferred)
- Oracle EBS R12 SCM & Manufacturing
- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
- SAP SCM / PP / MM
- Microsoft Dynamics SCM

Business Process Expertise

- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Plan-to-Produce (P2P)
- Forecast-to-Fulfill

Technical Understanding

- ERP Integrations
- Data Conversion & Migration
- Reporting & Analytics
- SQL Knowledge (preferred)
- API/EDI integrations (preferred)
