Descripción The Finance

Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the plant, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective decision-making support.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead financial reporting processes, including monthly and annual closings
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee cost accounting and provide visibility into cost drivers and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with Mexican GAAP, US GAAP, and regulatory requirements including IMMEX and tax compliance frameworks
- Partner with operations teams to drive efficiencies and support strategic decisions
- Monitor cash flow and working capital
- Strengthen internal controls and support audits (internal and external)
- Lead and develop the finance team This is a hands‑on role requiring close involvement with plant operations and cross‑functional stakeholders.





Perfil buscado We are looking for a strong Finance professional with experience in manufacturing environments and a proven track record in plant‑level financial leadership.

Key requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in similar roles (Plant Controller / Finance Manager)
- Strong experience in cost accounting and financial analysis
- Solid knowledge of Mexican GAAP and US GAAP
- Proven experience with compliance frameworks such as IMMEX and Tax compliance
- Advanced English communication skills
- Leadership experience managing finance teams
- Hands‑on, operational mindset with ability to work closely with plant operations
