Experience organization, the Content and Creator Governance team safeguards the health and integrity of our e-commerce ecosystem. We focus on shaping policies, designing scalable programs, and building risk mitigation frameworks that ensure creators across our fast-growing LATAM region can thrive responsibly while delivering trusted experiences for users. As a Governance Program Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of policy, product, and operations to support the growth of a safe and vibrant e-commerce creator ecosystem in LATAM. You’ll gain first‑hand exposure to real‑world policy design, cross‑functional execution, and large‑scale risk management. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. Responsibilities - Support the design and rollout of content and creator policies and programs based on data insights and operational needs - Assist in analyzing ecosystem risks and trends, building measurement mechanisms and mitigation signals to support platform integrity - Collaborate with country teams to localize and implement general go‑to‑market strategies for new policies or workflows - Coordinate cross‑functional project plans and help drive execution across engineering, moderation, product, and operations teams - Participate in defining success metrics and building dashboards to monitor ecosystem health and policy compliance - Help manage escalations, communication, and reporting related to creator governance issues Qualifications - Strong communication skills across the LATAM region - Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with data to uncover insights and drive decisions - User‑first thinking – understand and anticipate users’ needs to build better experiences - Drive and adaptability – thrive in fast‑paced environments and navigate change with agility - Curiosity and creativity – a knack for turning ideas into actionable strategies and a desire to explore innovative approaches
