Main activity: Carry out quality audits on products, subassemblies, and production processes.

Education Preferably completed high school.

Experience 1 year minimum of knowledge of quality systems.

Background Knowledge of production processes preferred.

Use measuring instruments (Preferably Vernier, Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Optical Comparator

Interpretation of drawings and BOM preferably

Basic knowledge of Excell, Power Point and optional Word (data management, basic formulas.

Responsibilities Support the quality department in audits of products, subassemblies, and their storage, manufacturing, testing, handling and packaging processes.

Audit procedures,



instructions, drawings, assembly charts, and guidelines as needed or a variety of inspection tests and measurement equipment.

Generate reports of audit findings.

Maintain files of audit findings.

Review jointly with managers, production supervisors, manufacturing engineers and technicians, the findings of the audits to generate conclusions and propose corrective and preventive actions.

Participate in corrective action meetings.

Support in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Follow up on corrective actions.

Other activities required by your Immediate Boss.
