TAFER Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Prearrival Concierge Agent to join our growing team! As a Prearrival Concierge Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact with our guests before they arrive, helping them personalize their vacation while creating unforgettable experiences.

This role combines luxury hospitality, customer service, and consultative sales, giving you the opportunity to recommend exclusive resort experiences and enhance each guest’s stay. What You’ll Do Contact guests prior to arrival via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Confirm reservation details and personalize each guest’s stay.

Coordinate special requests with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Reservations teams.

Recommend and sell optional resort experiences, including airport transportation, spa services, gourmet culinary plans, tours, amenities, and special celebrations.

Identify opportunities to upgrade the guest experience through personalized recommendations.

Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation information.

Resolve prearrival requests and provide exceptional customer service from the very first interaction.



What We’re Looking For ✔ Passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

✔ Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend products and services naturally through conversation.

✔ Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

✔ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

✔ Experience in hospitality, reservations, customer service, call centers, or sales is preferred.
