Responsibilities

Provide leadership for process control.

Resolve problems with suppliers and customers.

Support the corrective action system (internal and external).

Offer technical support to manufacturing engineering regarding product quality and design functions.

Define quality gauge requirements for processes.

Lead QC engineers and technicians.

Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on capacity studies, gauge R&R;, and DOE.

Perform activities related to safety.





Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the department supervisor.

Qualifications

College degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

80 % bilingual proficiency.

Knowledge of ISO 9000.

Proficiency in geometric tolerances and blue‑print reading.

Experience with PFMEA, DOE, QFD, PPAP, and APQP.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Experience in quality control.

Good judgment and communication skills.

Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
