Quality Standards
Manufacturing Process Standard
Get materials from storage area
Avoid wastage. Be prudent in the use of materials
Record materials used and rejected, and pallets produced in the Assembly Production Report form
Repair of rejected pallets
Organize and sort unused materials, rejects and finished goods at all times
Maintain good condition of tools at all times. Keep tools daily in the tools locker room after use
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
