- Experience in Process Excellence, Quality, Continuous Improvement, PMO, or IT Service Management.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and change management skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, CMMI, or similar frameworks.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Ability to influence teams and drive organizational adoption of best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the adoption of processes, practices, tools, and technologies in projects/services managed by Softtek to improve their effectiveness and productivity.
- It includes agreeing, negotiating and committing to the client the set of processes, practices and technologies to be adopted for the contract; teach, train, coach/supervise, audit their adoption
- Lead continuous improvement and innovation processes within the contract.
