In this position...

As an Automotive Seat Systems Engineer, you will drive the end-to-end design, integration, and delivery of complete automotive seating systems that directly impact customer comfort, craftsmanship, and safety. You will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative, high-quality,



and cost-effective seating solutions from initial concept through vehicle launch. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, supply partners, and assembly facilities to ensure engineering deliverables, product timing, and system performance targets are met with excellence.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

- Lead the design, integration, and engineering delivery of complete automotive seating systems and assemblies across the full product development lifecycle.
- Drive cross-functional engineering deliverables to achieve performance, quality, craftsmanship, weight, and cost targets for all program gateways.
- Manage seating system financial and technical metrics, tracking cost status, weight optimization, and supplier sourcing packages.
