HCL Tech is looking for Production Support L2 with strong PL/SQL, with the below skills: JD Responsibilities - Monitor user requests or service incidents pertaining to Flexcube app and resolve them.

- Monitor the EOD, EOM, EOY batch and identify any anomalies.
- Creation of new KBs or modifications of the KB.
- Run book creation
- ITRS setup and monitoring
- Create change request and manage a change implementation.
- Organize support/provide support to end user during off working hours whenever required.
- Co-ordinate with Product vendor for any patch or changes.
- Patch creation and VTM Patch
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with minimum direction and management oversight.

Skills Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Programming & Systems

- 6+ years of experience in Prod support
- Must have good experience in Flexcube modules like FT,PC PW, LD & IC




- Excellent experience in Flexcube Support, Batch monitoring and its workflow
- Good at Oracle Database PL/SQL, Unix, Autosys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Understanding of different interfaces and partner systems
