Media, invites you to join our team as: “Production Technology Support”. What are the main activities?

- Provide Level 2/3 onsite IT support for end users, including executives (white-glove support).
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices (macOS/iOS), peripherals, and AV equipment.
- Support creative production environments and post-production workflows.
- Manage and resolve incidents through ServiceNow while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Configure and maintain audio-visual systems for meetings and events. Support onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and IT documentation.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Support “ad-hoc” agency IT support as needed and directed by the . What are we looking for?

Experience: 3+ years of IT End-User Support experience, preferably in post-production, media, creative, or advertising environments.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).





Technical Skills

- macOS, Windows, and iOS
- ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms)
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Audio-Visual (AV) systems
- Active Directory and MDM
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, AJA, Blackmagic, ProTools; Autodesk Flame, Nuke, Cinema 4D, and V-Ray are desirable.
