About the Role We are seeking a passionate automation and lighting control expert to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be a key technical and strategic asset for high-end projects across Latin America. You will work closely with regional integrators, translating project requirements into efficient, and functional technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Programming & Configuration: Develop, program, and commission lighting control and automation systems to ensure flawless operation.
- Engineering & Design: Draft control layouts, single-line diagrams, and equipment placement plans to serve as precise guides for on-site installation.
- Technical Specification: Analyze project requirements to select and specify the idóneo products, equipment, and parts for each system (BOQ creation).
- Project Problem-Solving: Act as the technical bridge to design custom solutions, tailoring the brand’s capabilities to the unique architectural and technical challenges of each space.
- Integrator Support: Provide technical advice, guidance, and ongoing support to our network of integrators and commercial partners throughout Latin America.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven Experience: Advanced proficiency in programming and configuring.
- Design Skills:



Advanced proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD or similar) for creating technical blueprints and control diagrams.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical loads, communication protocols, structured cabling, and dimming technologies.
- Self-Management & Organization: Strong ability to work 100% remotely while successfully managing multiple projects across different countries simultaneously.
- Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to resolve queries, guide integrators, and explain technical solutions clearly.
