We're Hiring | Project Management Specialist

We're partnering with one of the world's leading mobility companies to identify a Project Management Specialist who will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives across multiple business functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy bringing structure to complexity, influencing stakeholders and ensuring projects are successfully executed from planning through operational handoff.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate multiple strategic projects simultaneously across different business functions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, critical paths, milestones and dependencies.
- Facilitate project governance by organizing recurring meetings, documenting minutes, tracking action items and ensuring accountability.
- Build and maintain project trackers and dashboards to provide visibility on project progress.
- Identify, assess and proactively escalate project risks before they become critical issues.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, Real Estate and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure projects remain aligned on scope, priorities and execution timelines while supporting project owners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Drive successful project execution until operational handoff.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Program Management or Project Coordination.




- Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of Critical Path Methodology, milestones, dependencies, project planning and risk management.
- Experience preparing executive project updates, dashboards, trackers and governance documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Highly organized, analytical and execution-oriented professional.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
