We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to support global compensation programs across multiple regions, including North America and Latin America. This rol e will be responsible for job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, variable compensation calculations, global mobility support, and maintaining compensation structures aligned with market practices within the automotive and industrial manufacturing secto
rs.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in compensation analysis, job valuation methodologies, and incentive programs, combined with the maturity, confidentiality, and business acumen required to challenge and validate compensation requests when necess
ary.

itiesLead job evaluation and position classification processes across global operat
ions.Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to ensure external competitiveness and internal eq
uity.Support the administration and calculation of short-term and long-term incentive programs (STI/
LTI).Develop compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and organizational cha
nges.Support integral mobility and expatriate compensation prog
rams.Partner with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation guidance and recommendat
ions.Maintain salary structures, compensation data, and reporting t
ools.Ensure compensation practices align with company policies, market trends, and business object
ives.Provide analytical insights to support compensation-related decision-making across multiple reg
ions.
Candidate P
rofile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related
field.5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Compensation Analysis
roles.Experience within the automotive, metal-mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial s
ectors.Experience working in global or multinational manufacturing organiz
ations.Strong expertise in job evaluation and compensation benchmarking methodo
logies.Experience supporting compensation programs in both Mexico and the United
States.Experience administering and calculating variable compensation programs (ST
I/LTI).Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, modeling, and data an
alysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving abi
lities.Advanced English communication
skills.
