- Job Description:The Controls Engineer will be responsible for the electrical design on mechanical/hydraulic power stamping presses and related automation upgrades
- .This Includes HMI Design, PLC Design, Safety PLC Design, Hardwire Layouts, Panel Layouts, Risk Assessments, Field Device Layouts, Installation Supervision and Full Line Commissioning

- .Requirements:BS in Electrical Engineering/technologies or technician degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- .AutoCad Electrical Experienc
- ePLC programming experience (Rockwell, Mitsubishi and Siemens preferred) – Must Hav

- .Modify existing HMI programs using GP-pro software on Proface hardware

.PLC Design

- :Create new PLC programs using Studio 5000, RSLinx, IAB, MPE720, PCwin, Memosoft, Simatic Step 7 software on Allen-Bradley, Yaskawa, Toyopuc, Siemens hardware
- .Modify existing PLC programs using Studio 5000, RSLinx, IAB, MPE720, PCwin, Memosoft, Simatic Step 7 software on Allen-Bradley, Yaskawa, Toyopuc, Siemens hardware
- .Review and verify PLC design during customer buyoff

nFull Line Commissioning

- :Provide Full Line Commissioning support before, during, and after installation of various press upgrade projects which includes PLC, Electrical, and Mechanical support
