Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing plant financial operations, cost management, and performance analysis to support business decisions and improve profitability. Key Responsibilities: Manage plant budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Monitor and control manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead). Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management. Partner with operations to improve cost efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls. Support month-end closing and reporting activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting (CA/CMA preferred). 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing finance. Strong knowledge of cost accounting and plant operations. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. Good analytical and communication skills.
